Aquaculture Project

This is an integrated aquaculture project, involving 5000 acres of land, culturing eel, prawn and other fishes, with an investment of about USD 300 million. We were involved as Financial Consultants at the inception of the project for all its financing activities and subsequent after 10 years negotiated sales of the investment to a listed company in Japan

Outsourced Gaming Project

This is an outsourced online gaming project, managing for 6 years involving in backend customers support, online marketing activities, software development and support for about 100 online gaming sites

Hotel Management

This involved management services for hotels in Japan and China, while in Japan managing a series of boutique hotels between Hiroshima and Okayama, and near Mount Fuji for a total of 10 years, while in China only one year for a 5 Star hotel..

Funding and M&A

This involved many projects in Fund Raising and Merger and Acquisition of which our role are advising, planning, sourcing and negotiation until the consummation of the projects
